India, our country, now, in this 2008 seen more than enough of the cruel face of the terror, sufferings of people, blood of the killed people, cry of their relatives and also the confident note speeches of our politicians. After Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur now the terrorism has shown its ugly face in Assam. I didn’t seen anything like this in my life. Its now become very difficult for me to see the news channels as there is always a fear of where the next bomb will blast?
There will be surely some great brains in those terrorist groups. Because a ordinary man can’t execute these kind of bombings with those perfection. How they are getting pulled into those groups? Is it for money? Surely, a no, will be the answer. Because if money is the criteria then they may work in some MNCs and get whatever the salary they want. I think they are frustrated by the functioning of the government within our country and joins their minds with those dirty hands. A very disheartening thing is to see those minds which must have made our country proud, makes it bleed. I don’t know how these terrorists groups are getting those professionals. After seeing all these balsts, its confusing for me that is they are more organised than our intelligence and police troops. My fear is that if the successful blasts are this much how about the failed, planned and not executed, and in the planning stage blasts. No, we can’t take it anymore.
Here is the stats of how many blasts have been executed this year:
May 13, 2008: Jaipur blasts: Serial blasts at Pink city claims 68 lives.
July 16 2008, Ahmedabad blasts: 57 dead in serial blasts in Ahmedabad.
July 25, 2008: Bangalore blasts: One person dies in Bengaluru serial blasts.
September 13, 2008, New Delhi blasts: Blasts at New Delhi claims 26 lives.
September 27, 2008, Delhi blasts: Terror strikes Delhi again in which 3 people were killed.
September 29, 2008, Modasa blast: One killed in blast at Modasa in Gujarat.
September 29, 2008, Malegaon blasts: Five persons killed after bomb placed on a motor bike went off.
October 21, 2008, Imphal blasts: 17 killed in blast near Manipur police commando complex.
October 30, 2008, Assam blasts: Eleven blasts kill over 68 persons in Assam.
What happened to our intelligence system? Are they effective enough? After seeing 9 serial blasts in 5 months in different cities it is hard to believe that they are functioning effectively. Police and Armed forces comes into the picture only after the blasts are taken place to clear the bodies of dead and to send the people are wounded. Then they protect that place with utmost care. Why there is no precautionary measures to save the lives of people?
What these terrorists are trying to achieve by doing this? Disbelief. Yeah, disbelief on our country, our leaders(already many lost belief on them), our system and our own people. As most of these bomb blasts are termed to be done by muslims, it creates a doubt and anger among our own neighours which is the motive of there terrorist groups. They want to create enviromment where the people will start fighting among themselves. But our people cleverly avoided this situation by understanding who does this and for what.
Before the chaos created by the previous blasts was settled down another blast takes place, makes only the news channels happier as they get their breaking news to improve their TRPs and no other community in India will be happier with this. With every new blasts people who were suffered during the previous blasts are forgotten by this media and their sufferings continues without any kind of compensation or consolation from the government and the officers.
Terrorists are trying relentlessly to broke the unity among our people, but our people proved time and again that their resolve is stronger than theirs. So now our political leaders, intelligence forces and army must ensure the protection for our people and control these terrorists and terror activities with iron hand.
